β Returns on Regular Items
We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

β No Returns on Personalized Items
Because custom embroidery is made-to-order, personalized items using your artwork or design are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions:
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:
- We made a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong design, color, size, or item sent)
- The product arrived damaged due to our handling
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will gladly make it right.

- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
