How much does embroidery cost?
The cost of embroidery depends on several factors, including the number of items (the higher the quantity the cheaper the price) , size of the design, and most importantly, the number of stitches required. Pricing is based on these elements, along with setup fees, which cover machine preparation, thread color changes, and digitizing—the process of converting your design into a stitch file for embroidery.
A digitizing fee applies unless you provide a usable digitized file. However, we waive digitizing fees for large quantity orders. Contact us for a quote and get high-quality embroidery at the best price!
What is digitizing and how much does it cost?
Digitizing is the process of converting a design or logo into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. Unlike a regular image file (JPG, PNG, etc.), an embroidery file must contain stitch paths, thread directions, and density settings to ensure a clean, high-quality embroidered design.
We offer digitizing services starting at $15 for basic logos, with more complex designs ranging up to $30. If you already have a digitized file, we accept DST files, as long as they are properly formatted for our machines.
Turnaround Time: Digitizing typically takes 24 hours, so plan ahead if you need a quick embroidery order.
